Light drinking habits
previous Bahamas experience a plus
willing to chip in with other departments
No dietary restrictions
Must have 3+ years experience as a Mate.
Requires someone experienced, confident and capable of demonstrating all the skills of a professional Mate.
Ability to adapt to and help out willingly with alternative duties e.g. interior, galley wash-ups etc. We are all happy to help out in each other’s positions when required.
Extensive knowledge of deck maintenance
problem solving savvy / initiative / common sense
Mature, easy-going and well-humored team player
Keen, Hardworking, Neat, Tidy, Smart appearance.
