Requirements:
STCW + Refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
B1B2 or equivalent (valid for 1 year)
Only Schengen visas with a valid Multi Entry will be considered.
Strong leadership skills . Calm and even keel personality.
Exudes enthusiasm in their work. Motivate and train crew. Lead by example.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Excellent verbal and written English
Hands on deck experience and leadership skills.
