Requirements: Captain experience on similar sized vessels - Caribbean and Med cruising experience
STCW + Refresher as needed
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) - unrestricted

Positive references - minimum of last three
Strong leadership skills - Leads by example - good crew retention
Solid record keeping
