Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as Captain on a similar-sized vessel or 3+ years as a Chief Officer ready to take on a leadership role
Min. requirements: 500 GT or equivalent, ENG1, STCW. Green card or B1/B2
Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on private yacht operations, crew management, and safety
Benefits:
