This is a relaxed program sailing the Western Mediterranean.
The 1st Mate is required to have previous sailing experience on high performance sail yachts, rigging experience and not afraid to go up the mast.
Someone who is outgoing, positive and a true team player would be best suited to this team of 4.
Excellent references are essential.
