1st Mate experience on vessels 35m+
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role
Superyacht experience essential
Yachtmaster (minimum) OOW / modules preferred.
Can effectively manage a small deck team
Comfortable with remote island living
Valid STCW , minimum 6 months on passport
Salary- $5000 US / month, 42 days leave, and two return flights
