You have a previous experience of 1 season, at least, on a M/Y. Beginners are not accepted for this position unless they have really solid high standard land based background.
You must be autonomous and independent in your work, and respectful of the hierarchy and take the orders from your Second and Chief Stew.
You need to be dynamic and able to work fast.
You must be positive candidate, smiling and have a good sense of human relations.
Valid ENG 1 is mandatory as well as valid STCW.
FOHY certificate is required. ( If you do not have it, you will have to pass it on board).
European passport is required
