Job Description:
A 2nd Stewardess is required to join a 42m Private Motor Yacht currently based in the United States (Fort Lauderdale). The position starts on November 5th, 2025, and is open to candidates holding valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of yachting experience, including at least one full year on a single vessel, demonstrating stability and professionalism. You should have strong service and housekeeping skills, along with proven cocktail-making experience.
You’ll be joining a friendly, professional interior team where teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued. The role requires a hands-on, proactive attitude, excellent time management, and a non-smoking lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Rotating between housekeeping, laundry, and crew mess duties when guests are off.
• Assisting the Chief Stewardess with service and housekeeping when guests are onboard.
• Maintaining the highest standards of interior presentation and guest service.
• Preparing and serving cocktails and beverages with professionalism.
• Supporting team members and maintaining a positive onboard atmosphere.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in yachting, preferably with at least 1 year on a single vessel.
• Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas (essential).
• Proven cocktail-making experience.
• Excellent service, housekeeping, and time management skills.
• Non-smoker with a good sense of humor and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be available to start on November 5th, 2025.
• Only individual applicants — no couples.

• Contract Duration: Permanent

• Holidays: 38 days annually
• Salary: $4,000 per month (increasing to $4,500 after 3-month review if satisfactory)
