Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cabin Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team aboard our cruise liners. This position involves supervising the cleaning of cabins and ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise cabin attendants and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms
• Assist with training and managing the housekeeping team
• Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any cabin-related issues
• Report maintenance problems to the technical department
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in English
