License: NONE, Charter/Sole Chef experience on similar sized vessels.
Must be competent in certain dietary restrictions.
Requirements: valid STCW and ENG1, Passport, B1B2 visa, Schengen visa as needed...
Charter experience
Comfortable cooking for 6-8 guests and 4 crew
Experience running a galley on similar sized vessels (Can also be larger vessel, but they have to have realistic expectations for galley size).
Being fit and active is a big plus (We’re a fit and healthy crew so looking for someone to share the same interests).
Solid charter experience required.
Solid references from previous Captains.
Strong English is a must.
